S. Butler & Son is a family run business that has been established for over 20 years in the loft conversion industry. In the last 10 years our portfolio has extended to building new houses (from plans), converting garages into living spaces, building extensions and re-designing/refurbishing many properties to a high standard.

The Director, Steve Butler is a fully qualified City and Guilds trained Carpenter/joiner. He will deal with your initial enquiry, plan and design your project alongside other professionals including Structural Engineers and Building Control Inspectors, project manage and also work on site on a daily basis with his team members to ensure the smooth running of your project and provide you with a stress free completed project that you are delighted with.
